The single-unit packaging is genuinely convenient—it fits perfectly in my gym bag without taking up space. I’ve noticed it’s easy to stay consistent with my daily routine since I just toss it on my nightstand, and that simplicity has made all the difference for how reliably I stick with it.

I’ve been taking this with my morning routine for about two weeks and the single-unit packaging makes it stupidly easy to grab on busy days. I feel like my workouts have that extra push now, though it’s subtle—which I actually like. Definitely sticking with it.

Took these for a few weeks and noticed my workouts feel less like a grind, especially on leg day. The capsules are small enough to swallow without a struggle, which is a plus. Really glad I gave this a shot.
