Four stars because the fabric cover is plush but tends to bunch up during use, which means we have to adjust it midway sometimes. That said, the ramp's firm support has definitely helped us find that perfect alignment with much less strain on my back.

The curve feels a bit more pronounced on one side than the other, but once I got it positioned, it does hold its shape well. Takes a little patience to find the right angle for your space, though.
