Kegel Sett

I was nervous about starting pelvic floor training, but working through the progressive weights at my own pace made it feel manageable instead of overwhelming. Two weeks in and I can already tell a difference.

The graduated sizes make it effortless to progress without having to buy a whole new kit down the road. I've been using the beginner weight for two weeks and can already feel more control during my core workouts.
