Kegel Ball Set

The weighted balls feel surprisingly solid yet comfortable once you get the hang of placement. I've only used them a few times, but the build quality gives me confidence they'll last.

The set comes with multiple weights, so I could start lighter and work my way up, which is exactly what I needed. Takes a bit of getting used to during the first few sessions, but the progression feels right.
